综合视频监控系统可以有效提高铁路运输的安全性。介绍了综合视频监控系统平台中如何规划及建设整个平台的管理系统,针对管理系统应具有的功能和各级管理应具备的功能以及各级用户应具有的权限和优先级,提出了简单建议。
The integrated video monitoring system can effectively improve the security of the railway transportation. This article introduces how to program and build the management system for integrated video monitoring system. And it puts forward a simple advice for the function of the management system and the jurisdiction and priority that the users of all levels should have.
