摘要
中国加入WTO后,一些跨国公司通过并购中国企业进入中国。在前人研究的基础上,以跨国公司并购中国企业为研究对象,采用主成分分析方法,对跨国公司并购中国企业的微观经济效应进行实证分析并得出结论:并购后的人力资本形成效应、技术创新效应以及管理效应提升。最后提出一些政策建议,包括建立必要的劳动保障机制、适当调整投资政策和积极组建战略联盟。
After China enters the WTO, some of cross-border companies enter China by merge China' s companies. Based on the formers' research on it, taking the China' s companies which are merged by cross-border companies as sample and using principal component analysis, the paper analyzed empirically the micro-economic impact about cross-border companies-merged China's companies. It concluded that human resource impact, technology innovation impact and management impact after the merger and acquisition happened. Finally it gave some sugges- tions, i.e. establishing the labor protective policy, changing the investment policy and setting up the strategy alliance.
