"五点一线"战略作为实现辽宁振兴的重要一步,融入东北亚是基于自身优势的现实选择。辽宁"五点一线"战略要以建设基于东北亚区域经济合作及产业结构调整背景下的国家级新型产业基地,东北亚区域经济合作的先导区、示范区基础之上的中心区域,东北亚区域非经济交流合作中心为目标,采取有针对性、切实可行的措施,确立在东北亚地区的优势地位。

Taking well-targeted and feasible measures to ensure a preponderant position in Northeast Asia, Liaoning＇ s ＂Five Points and One Line＂ strategy aims at establishing a new type of national industrial base in the background of Northeast Asian economic cooperation and industrial structure adjustment, con- structing a central region on basis of leading regions and demon- strative regions for Northeast Asian economic cooperation, and setting up a non-economic regional interchange center.
