摘要
从国有企业薪酬制度现状入手,分析其存在的问题及原因,在此基础上提出健全国有企业薪酬决定机制、明晰国有企业收入分配体系、完善和加强对国有企业经营的制度约束等对策。
The paper started with the current conditions of salary system in state-owned enterprise,analyzed the problems and reasons why it existed,and put forward some countermeasures on this basis,i.e.perfecting the pay decision system,defining the income distributing system,as well as improving and strengthening the bind of institution in the management of state-owned enterprises.
