Exploration and Practice of the System of Individuality Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

实施个性化人才培养是信息社会和知识经济时代社会对教育提出的新要求,是社会对个性化人才的新需要,是人的全面素质发展的需要,也是当今国际教育改革的趋势。本文从分析高职院校实施个性化人才培养的必要性入手,介绍了笔者所在的浙江工商职业技术学院在个性化人才培养体系构建方面的探索与实践。

Practicing individuality training is a new requirement for education by the info-society and the knowledge-based economy. It is the new demand of the society for talents with individuality, the need for the development of all-round qualities and a contemporary trend of educational reform in the world. The paper starts by analyzing the necessity of the training and focuses on a true picture of the training in the Zhejiang Business Technology Institute.
