The Arrangement of Financial System in Promoting the Cooperation between University and Enterprise in Higher Vocational Institutes

本文阐述了财务制度安排的基本内涵和功能,通过对高职学院"校企合作、工学结合"中的财务关系和浙江省财务制度安排成功实践的分析,认为:有效的财务制度安排必须着力于制度环境、具体制度设计和实施机制的整体建设。

The paper set forth the basic annotation and function of financial system arrangement. By analyzing the financial relationship under the model of Cooperation between University and Enterprise in higher vocational institutes as well as the examples of successful financial system arrangement in Zhejiang province, the author made the suggestion that efficient financial system arrangement should lay emphasis on the total construction of system environment, system design and implement mechanism.
