学生体质健康标准测试结果的分析——以山西煤炭职业技术学院为例

Analysis of Test Results of Students of Shanxi Tourism College By Physical Health Standard

随着体育课程教学改革的深入,依据《国家学生体质健康标准》的要求,对山西煤炭职业技术学院学生的体质健康状况进行测试调查,通过2006级、2007级学生的身体形态、机能和素质的比较分析,并根据学生体质健康状况存在的主要问题提出相应的建议,以便为学院进一步贯彻"健康第一"的教育思想,深化体育教学改革提供理论依据。

Along with the deepening of the curricula＇ s reform in our college, the author conducts a test survey of the students＇ physical health situation in Shanxi Vocational and Technical College of Coal according to Student Physical Health Standard issued by the Ministry of Education and National Sports Bureau General. By comparing and analyzing the data from students＇ test of physical health, physiology and physical quality, who were enrolled to college in the year of 2006 and 2007 respectively, the paper puts forward some proposals against the main problems lying in the student＇ s physical health situation so as to provide theoretical basis for college＇ s implementation of the health - oriented educational principle and the teaching reform of P.
