20世纪80年代以来,全球非营利组织蓬勃发展。随着市场经济的深化与发展,我国的非营利组织也纷纷通过不同的途径和方式建立和发展起来,并在社会各项事务中作用显著。探讨了现阶段我国政府与非营利组织之间存在的关系现状及形成良性合作的重要性与必然性,在和谐社会的内涵和特征下阐明我国更要加强政府与非营利组织的合作与互动。

Ever since the 1980s, the non -profit organizations have been thriving around the globe. With the deep- ening and development of the market economy, the non - profit organizations in China have also been established and developed by various means and played an important role in all kinds of social affairs. This article explores the current relationship between the Chinese government and the non - profit organizations, as well as the importance and necessity of forming a good cooperation between these two parties. This article also points out that China should strengthen the cooperation and interaction between the government and non -profit organizations given the connota- tion and characteristics of a harmonious society.
