成人高校校外教学点教育管理的难点与对策

The Difficulties and Countermeasures in Education Management of Off-Campus Teaching Administrations in Adult Higher Institutions

成人高校校外教学点在教育管理中存在着教学督导难、考试管理难、学籍管理难、思想政治教育难4个难点。成人高校可探索利用远程教育平台加强教学督导,从思想认识和管理力度上加强考试管理,通过"规范化、主动化、网络化"建设加强学籍管理,从生命关怀、思想引导、自我教育上加强思想政治教育。

There exist four difficulties in education management of off-campus teaching administrations in adult higher institutions： teaching and learning supervision, examination management, student status management, and ideological and political education. Adult higher institutions can strengthen the supervision of teaching and learning by employing distance education platform, enhance the management of examinations by developing a correct attitude towards examinations and effective management, improve student status management by means of “standardization, initiative, and network”, and reinforce the ideological and political education from the perspectives of caring for life, providing guidance, and self-educating.
