实践教学是高师院校人才培养计划的重要组成部分,是培养专业化教师的重要环节。当前高师生存在实践创新能力不足、社会适应力差等弊端,加强高师院校实践教学改革,建构将教师技能训练、教育见习实习、毕业论文写作等实践教学环节统一规划、系统组织实施的一体化实践教学创新模式,是培养基础教育新型教师的有效形式。

Pragmatic teaching is a vital part both in training university student talents and specinlized teachers.The existing problems now in colleges and universities,however,is teachers and students incompetence in creating new ways and adapting to the world today.To solve the problems mentioned,a mode which involves university reforms to integrate teaching skills,teaching practice and graduation paper writings will be effective.
