经济危机条件下企业裁员分析 被引量:1

摘要 受经济危机的影响,很多企业都采取裁员的措施以缓解压力,但裁员并不是唯一举措。本文通过分析企业裁员的正负面影响,以及在非裁员不可的情况下如何确定裁员对象,最后提出了企业应如何避免裁员以规避裁员风险。
