糖智宁胶囊对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响及急性毒性作用研究

Study on the Influence of Tangzhining Capsule(TZN Capsule) on Auricle Microcirculation in Mice and Acute Toxicity

目的:研究糖智宁胶囊对小鼠耳廓微循环的影响及急性毒性作用。方法:采用WX-9型多部位微循环显微仪,标定血管位置,测定给药前后动脉、静脉管径及血流速度。结果:糖智宁胶囊中、小剂量能扩张动脉、静脉管径,加快血流速度,与空白对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:糖智宁胶囊能改善小鼠耳廓微循环,有活血化瘀作用,且无明显的毒性。

Objective：To study the influence of Tangzhining Capsule （TZN Capsule）on auricle mierocirculation in mice and its acute toxicity.Methods：WX-9 mierocireulation microscope was used to locate the demarcation of vaseulars. To mesure the diameters of the vein and arteriole and the blood flow speed in auricle of mice before and after TZN capsule administration, respectively.Rcsulks;TZN capsule at medium and lowdose can significantly enlarge the diameter of the vein and arteriole of auricle in normal mice, and improve blood flow speed, compared with control group （P〈0.05,0.01）.Conclusion：TZN capsule could improve microcir-culation in normal mice and has the effects on activating blood and eliminating stasis.The toxicity of TZN capsule is not obvious.
