Diagnosis and Treatment of 16 Cases of Traumatic Duodenal Rup

目的:总结16例十二指肠损伤的临床特点、诊治体会。方法:对16例十二指肠损伤患者进行不同术式的总结。结果:治愈15例,死亡1例。结论:十二指肠损伤早期诊断、早手术及适当的术式是关键。

Objective To sum up16cases for duodenal hurts of the clinical characteristics and experience of diagnosis and treatment. Methods 16patients with duodenal hurts underwent different operations were summerized.Results 15cases were cured,1cases died. Conclusion The early diagnosis,early surgical operation,and the appro-priate type of surgical operation is a key for duodenal hurts.
