摘要
从经典耗散介观电容耦合电路出发,研究了耗散介观电容耦合电路,在占有数表象中,计算了每个回路的电荷和电流的量子涨落。结果表明,每个回路中的电荷和电流的量子涨落不仅与自身回路的器件参数有关,同时还与另一回路的器件参数有关。
From the classical equation of motion for a dissipative mesoscopic capacitance coupling circuit,the quantum fluctuations of charge and current of the circuits are investigated in occupation number representation. The results show that the fluctuation of charge and current depends not only on the eigenstate but also on the parameters of electronic devices.
