摘要
基于荧光素二聚体与硫酸庆大霉素通过电荷作用而产生荧光信号变化,建立了以荧光素二聚体为荧光探针,用固定波长同步荧光光谱技术测定硫酸庆大霉素的新方法。结果表明,在△λ=30nm,最优条件下,测定硫酸庆大霉素的线性范围为0.5~25.0μg/mL,检测限(3σ/K)为6.0×10-8g/mL。用于实际样品分析,测定回收率为100.2%~101.0%,相对标准偏差为1.3%~2.1%。
Based on the change of fluorescence signal caused by the electric charge interaction of Fluorescein Dimer and Gentamicin, a new method using Fluoreseein Dimer as a fluorescence probe to determine C, entamicin with fixed wave length synchronous fluorescence spectrum was developed. The result showed that under the optimal condition of △λ=30nm, good calibration curves of the gentamiein were obtained in the range of 0.5- 25.0μg/mL with detection limits (3σ/K) of 6.0×10^-8g/mL. This method was adaptable when applied to commercial gentamiein injection samples. The recovery rate ranged from 100.2% to 101.0% and RSD from 1.3% to 2.1%.
