The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes for such key parts as kitchen and bathroom etc in a residence, that is,first conduct waterproof treatment and then bury pipelines, or first bury pipelines and then conduct water- proof treatment, and the problems to be noted in the construction were analyzed and introduced in this paper.
