建设项目施工前各阶段BIM应用方受益情况研究 被引量:67

摘要 随着建筑信息模型(BIM)的应用日趋广泛,其应用效果受到学界和业界的高度关注。不少科研机构、行业协会、企业都对其应用作过研究,但目前的研究多局限于个例,难以从整体上把握其应用效果。本文在对北美和欧洲应用BIM的21个建设项目的调研结果进行汇总后,统计分析了BIM在施工前各阶段应用过程中项目各参与方的受益情况。分析结果表明:BIM受益面比较广,业主、设计方、承包商、政府、材料供应商、设施管理方都是受益者,其中业主和设计方是最大的受益方,且受益程度要明显高于其他参与方,但各方具体的受益面都不尽相同。 With more and more projects using building information modeling ( BIM), the results of its employment has been paid much attention. Many scholars, companies and guilds have done some researches in this area; however, most of these researches are based on individual project, so it is hard to master the trends of its use. After collecting and sorting the materials of 21 construction projects using BIM in north America and Europe, this paper analyzes benefit situations of stakeholders in preconstruction phases of these projects, and the analysis results show that there are a wide scope of stakeholders that benefit from BIM, such as owners, designers, contractors, authorities, suppliers as well as facility managers. The research also shows that owners and designers benefit most with significant differences as for other stakeholders.
