摘要
流体磨料的粘度是磨料流加工工艺的重要参数.为了定量描述流体磨料的粘度,分析了流体磨料粘度常规描述的模糊性,提出用模糊数学理论对流体磨料的粘度进行模糊分级,建立了各种粘度的隶属函数,通过自由流延实验确定了函数中的有关参数,根据这些函数可以方便地求得未知流体磨料粘度的隶属度,为实际加工时选择粘度、确定磨料流加工的其它工艺参数以及预测加工结果提供了依据.
The viscosity of flowable abrasive mixture is an important parameter in abrasive flow machining (AFM). In order to give a quantificational definition about the viscosity of flowahle abrasive mixture, the fuzziness of general definition of flowable abrasive mixture viscosity was analyzed, and viscosity levels of flowable abrasive mixture were classed by means of fuzzy mathematics theory. Membership functions of every class viscosity were established, and all parameters in the functions were determined by experiments of free flowing and extending. The membership degree of an unknown viscosity of flowable abrasive mixture can be calculated easily. The research results provide a useful means for choosing viscosity in practice, selecting other processing parameters in AFM, and forecasting the effects of AFM.
