摘要
采用正交试验设计,研究了N、p、K施肥处理对容器培育金叶榆苗高和地径的影响.结果表明:各施肥处理间苗高差异不显著(p>0.05),而地径差异显著(p<0.05),其中P肥的影响最大,其次为N肥和K肥;地上部分的高生长与根系0<L<1 mm径级的总长度的相关系数为0.14,两者相关关系不显著(p>0.05),而地径的生长与根系0<L<1 mm径级的总长度的相关系数为3.07,两者相关关系极显著(p<0.01).在育苗过程中,容器基质的理化指标均发生了不同程度的变化,这些变化有利于苗木的生长.
Using an orthogonal experimental design, the paper made a study of the influences of different fertilization processes on the height and stem diameter growth of golden-leaf elm contained seedlings. Results indicate that different fertilization processes make no difference to its seedling height but a remarkable difference to its stem diameter; that among the influences of the three fertilizers, phosphate plays a major role, next comes nitrogenous and then potassium; and that the correlation coefficient of seedling height and total root length between 0〈root diameter〈1 mm is 0.14 (the correlativity is not remarkable) but the correlation coefficient of stem diameter and total root length between 0〈root diameter〈1 mm is 3. 07 (the correlativity is extremely remarkable). In the course of cultivating contained seedlings, some physical and chemical indexes in the culture media tend to change to some degree ; these changes are advantageous to the growth of contained seedlings.
