The Comparison Between Liquid-liquid Extraction and Solid Phase Extraction of Ketamine in Urine

研究了液-液提取法和固相提取法对尿液中氯胺酮提取的差异,并明确了两种提取方法的适用条件.结果表明,两种提取方法均能有效地将氯胺酮从尿液中提取,但液-液提取法操作简单,省时高效,适合于筛选检验;而固相提取法污染少,操作人员与试剂接触少,但操作时间相对较长,适用于氯胺酮的定量分析.

The ketamine has been extracted from urine by the methods of liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction,respectively.The differences and the application conditions of these two methods were illustrated.The results showed that both methods could extract ketamine form urine successfully.The liquid-liqued extraction method has the advantage of easy operating,time saving and labor saving,which are applied to screen tests.The solid-phase extraction method has the advantage of less pollution and less contact between operator and reagent,but it need more reaction reagent.Therefore,the solid-phase extraction method is more suitable for quantitative analysis of ketamine.
