摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的疗效以及影响疗效的因素。方法:采用鼻内镜对150例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者进行手术。结果:Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型患者治愈率分别为90.0%、82.4%和64.0%,各型治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉是一种有效的方法,值得推广普及。
Objective ：To evaluate the curative effects of endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods：One hundred fifty cases with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps had been undergone endoscopic sinus surgery. Results：The results showed that the cure rate was 90.0% for type Ⅰ ,82.3% for type Ⅱ and 64.0% for type Ⅲ.There was significant difference in cure rate among the three types （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ：The operation is efficacious and safe in the treatment of nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis.
