医院药房工作人员的心理健康状况调查

目的:了解医院药房工作人员心理健康状况的总体情况、特点及其相关因素。方法:采用90项症状清单(symptom checklist 90,简称SCL-90)对延安市某市级医院全体药房工作人员30名(男8名,女22名)进行自评。结果:84.7%的药房工作人员在职业倦怠测试问卷中的得分一般,即存在轻微倦怠;5.3%的工作人员得分较高;工作倦怠在性别、学历、健康状况之间的差异无统计学意义;而在年龄、科室、职称、年资和婚姻之间的差异具有统计学意义。职业倦怠与一般健康问卷呈正相关,与社会支持的利用度呈负相关。结论:该市级医院药房工作的总体工作倦怠程度较高,心理健康状况较差。

Objective： To know about the hospital pharmacy staff＇s psychologically healthy condition on the overall situation, the characteristic and the correlation factor. Methods： Used 90 symptom detailed lists （Symptom Checklist 90, is called SCL-90） to Yah＇an some municipal hospital＇s all pharmacy staff of 30 （male 8, female 22）to carry on for comments. Results：84.7% pharmacy staff＇s were ordinary in occupation tired test questionnaire score, namely existence slight tired; 5.3% staff score points high; Works tiredly between the sex, the school record, the state of health difference was non-significance significance; But between the age, the administrative offices, the title, the period of service and the marital difference had the significance significance. The occupation tired and the general healthy questionnaire present was related, supports the exploitability with the society to assume the inverse correlation. Conclusion： This municipal hospital pharmacy work＇s overall work tired degree is high, the psychologically healthy condition is bad.
