老年肺炎预后的影响因素分析

The analyse of risk factors in Pneumonia in the elderly patients

随着社会的老龄化,老年肺炎的患病率增加。老年肺炎临床表现不典型,治疗效果受多种因素的影响,是老年人死亡的主要原因之一。对影响老年肺炎预后的因素进行分析,以指导临床治疗降低死亡率。

The prevalence rate of pneumonia in the elderly is increasing with the social aging. Because the clinical characters and examination of pneumonia in the elderly are not very distinguished generally and the curative rate is effected some factors that the pneumonia become one of major death cause in old people. The risk factors in Pneumonia in the elderly patients are analyzed to instruct the clinical treatment to lowering the mortality rate.
