摘要
为了解我国医药企业的成长性，文中选取行业内48家上市企业作为样本，通过因子分析发现：盈利能力对样本企业的成长性起着主导作用；主营业务或产品类型差异对企业成长性也有较大影响。结合我国医药企业特点，对上述结果予以分析和解释。
It was selected 48 listed companies within the industry as a sample in order to understand the growth of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises. Using the method of factor analysis it was founded： profitability factor plays a leading role on the enterprise growth; differences between the type of product or core business also have a greater impact on the growth of enterprise. Finally, combine the characteristics of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises, give the analysis and interpretation to the outcome that above.
