摘要
为改进现有桥梁挠度测量方法的不足,在开放式连通管测试法的基础上,基于液—气耦合压差传递机理,采用微压差传感器及RS-485总线等测量及传输技术,研制了一种半封闭式桥梁挠度及线形测量系统,其最高测量精度为0.1 mm。该系统已于2008年底至2009年初应用于武汉天兴洲公铁两用长江大桥、重庆朝天门长江大桥及南昌洪都大桥等10余座桥梁的挠度测试中。实桥运用表明:该系统可对桥梁挠度、线形进行高精度、高效率测试,可有效应用于桥梁检测及长期健康监测中的桥梁挠度及线形测量。
To improve the deficiency of the present bridge deflection measurement methods, a kind of semi-closed bridge deflection and geometry measurement system with maximum precision ±0. 1 mm was developed on the basis of the opening type communication pipe measurement method and the transmission mechanism of liquid and air coupling pressure difference, using the measurement and transmission techniques of slight pressure difference sensor and R485 mains. The developed system has already been applied to the deflection measurement of more than 10 bridges from the end of 2008 to the beginning of 2009, including Wuhan Tianxingzhou Changjiang River Bridge, Chaotianmen Changjiang River Bridge in Chongqing and Hongdou Bridge in Nanchang. The application of the system to the practical bridges show that the system can be used for the highly precise and efficient measurement of bridge deflection and geometry and can also be effectively used for the bridge deflection and geometry measurement in bridge inspection and longterm health monitoring.
