摘要
调查分析显示,高职旅游管理专业应重点培养的关键能力包括适应环境、化解危机、明确人生定位、随机应变、决断、时间管理、善于思考、自我推销、群体中的行为合作等能力。培养上述关键能力,必须树立全面的教育观和质量观,把素质教育、创业教育、技能培养有机融入学生培养全过程,推行耦合企业生产周期、工学交替的教学模式。
Investigation and analysis show that,the touring management specialty of higher vocational education should attach importance to cultivate students' key competences,which include:the competence of adapting to environment,dispelling crisis,clarifying life orientation,replying to complex environment,making decision,self-marketing,cooperation in group,etc.To cultivate the above competences,higher vocational schools must establish comprehensive education view and quality view,integrate quality-oriented education,entrepreneurship education and skills cultivation into teaching process,and boost the teaching model of alternating working with learning.
