摘要
以福建物流企业用人需求和发展为依据,构建中职物流专业"职业基础平台+岗位群模块"课程模式。该模式强调学生分段完成"登上基础平台,培养岗位能力,深化熟练程度",让学生先接受基础教育,然后自主选择岗位模块接受专业教育。"职业基础平台+岗位群模块"课程模式要顺利实施,还必须从教材、师资、制度方面提供支撑。
According to the talents demand and development of logistics enterprises in Fujian,the essay constructed the curriculum model of 'professional basis platform + post group module' for logistics specialty of secondary vocational education.The model emphasized to help students go up basic platform,cultivate post abilities and deepen proficient degree,and the teaching procedure is:let students accept basic education firstly,and then select post module independently.To carry out the curriculum model,higher vocational schools must provide support in the aspect of teaching materials,teaching staff and system.
