根据软弱土地基上超长桩的应用，对其荷载传递机理作了简明分析，并给出了确定长桩与超长桩有效长度的简便方法，具有一定的工程实际意义。

This paper made a analyses for load transmission principle of piles on weak fundation, and deductived simple method to determine effective length of the extra long piles. It is provided with particu-lar engineering signification.
