摘要
本文研究了两种不同取代度的阳离子瓜尔胶浓度对阔叶木手抄纸性能的影响。研究表明,本文所研究的两种阳离子瓜尔胶对手抄纸白度、撕裂指数及透气性的影响是一致的,即手抄纸的白度随阳离子瓜尔胶浓度的增加而降低;手抄纸的撕裂指数随阳离子瓜尔胶浓度的升高而提高;手抄纸的透气度均先随阳离子瓜尔胶浓度的升高而增加达到一个峰值后又降低。但不同的阳离子瓜尔胶对手抄纸的抗张指数的影响大不相同,阳离子强度较低时瓜尔胶会降低手抄纸的抗张指数,较大的阳离子强度则可提高手抄纸的刚性强度。
In this study, we investigated the effects of two cationic guar gums with different degree of substitution on the properties of handsheets of hardwood pulp. The results showed that the changes of brightness, tearing strength and porosity of handsheets with two cationic guar gums were the same, that is, the brightness of the hand - sheets decreased with the growing concentration of cationic guar gum; the tearing strength of the handsheets increased with the growing concentration of cationic guar gum; and the porosity of the handsheets reached the peaks at a certain concentration of cationic guar gum. However, the influences of two cationic guar gum with different degree of substitution on the tensile strength of handsheets were big different. The cationic guar gum with lower cationic strength made the tensile strength of handsheet decrease, yet the tensile strength of handsheet rose at 2.5‰ concentration of cationic guar gum with hihger cationic strength.
