摘要
基于MasterCAM软件及PMC-10V20立式加工中心,研究了槽轮的加工工艺,并对其进行绘制及模拟仿真.同时针对槽轮的实际加工介绍了加工中心及其操作,包括对刀、传送程序等,探讨了MasterCAM软件在数控机床中的应用.
Through simulation processing and machining of the grooved wheel, the CAD/CAM function of MasterCAM was introduced. And how to use MasterCAM on machining center is introduced by machining the grooved wheel. The application of the software, MasterCAM, in CNC machining was explared, too.
