基于MRPⅡ、NPT、TOC的生产计划策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 生产计划是企业生产的重要环节,受到来自企业内外多种因素的影响。通过分析、比较制造资源计划、网络计划技术、约束理论三种生产管理思想的适用性,将三者加以融合,提出了一种新的生产计划策略——MNT,并构建了模型。
