摘要
以塑壳式断路器的三维造型设计软件为例，介绍了应用于电器产品的设计和制造中的计算机辅助造型设计技术（ＣＡＭ）。ＣＡＭ借助ＣＡＤ系统所提供的图形终端或工作站及其软件，对产品三维造型设计信息进行提取、组织、创造、加工处理、转换、存储和输出，是工业艺术造型设计中的新内容。
A design example of solid modeling software for electrical apparatus is given in the paper in order to introduce the computer aided design technique in solid modeling which is applied to the design and production of electrical apparatus. With the help of software provided by CAD system, the information of the modeling design can be extracted, arranged, processed and transformed.
