随着社会和科学技术的不断发展，地理信息系统技术的应用也越来越广泛，其中之一就是基于地理信息系统的土地管理信息系统的设计与实现。本文主要介绍了在地理信息系统模式下对一般的土地管理信息系统的设计与实现过程：系统定义，系统总体设计，系统详细设计，空间数据库设计和系统实现以及系统调试、安装等。
With the continuous development of community and science and technology, geographic information systems technology has become increasingly widespread, one of which is based on the geographic information system of land management information systems whose process includes designing and implementation. This paper describes the general process of design and implementation of land management information systems： the definition of the system, system design, detailed design of the systems, space database＇ s design and system＇ s accomplishment, system debugging, installation and so on.
