“双元制”企业参与培训模式对我国的启示

Enlightenment of Germany Dual-system in China

德国的"双元制"是一种国家立法支持、企业积极参与培训的职业教育办学模式。我国职业教育应认真借鉴德国的"双元制",大力推行"校企合作"办学之路。文章试从德国企业积极参与培训的成功因素入手,结合我国校企合作的问题,提出应从政府、学校、企业三方面努力,使校企合作有突破性发展。

Germany ＂dual system＂is a vocational education model,which is supported by nation legislation and legislative support and enterprises active participation.China should learn from Germany ＂dual system＂carefully in order to promote cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education.This paper starts from the success factors of German enterprises participating actively in training,and then combines with the problems of China cooperation between schools and enterprises,and points out that the efforts from governments, schools and enterprises promote school-enterprise cooperation development.
