摘要
系统科学是现代科学的重要方法论基础。将系统科学引入成人教育管理对提高其管理成效具有极其重要的意义,同时也是成人教育管理的必然选择。系统科学在成人教育管理中的基本应用策略包括:构筑成人学员足够的信息空间,增加成人教育管理系统传输信息的明确性,建立成人教育管理信息反馈的纠偏机制,构建开放的成人教育管理系统,注重成人教育管理结构的优化组合。
System science is the important methodology foundation of modern science.It is very important for improving management effectiveness to introduce system science into adult education management,which is the inevitable choice of adult education management as well.The basic applications of system science in adult education include the following：constructing information space for adult students,enhancing the clarity of transmission information of adult education management system,establishing the corrective mechanism ofadult education management feedback, building the open adult education management system, paying attention to the optimum combination of adult education structure.
