摘要
采用上下层为树脂基复合材料,中间为阻尼层,复合材料与阻尼层通过锁式缝合进行连接制得三维缝合夹层结构复合材料。通过对三维缝合结构中的芯材进行设计,选用不同的阻尼材料,以得到既具有较佳阻尼性能,又具有一定结构强度的复合材料。通过测定三维缝合夹层结构复合材料的各项性能,得到的最佳体系是采用环氧树脂复合材料结构层、阻尼层为丁苯橡胶的三维缝合夹层结构,其阻尼比为2.72,弯曲强度为37.84 MPa,弯曲模量达到0.92 GPa,冲击韧性为152.2 kJ/m2。
The sandwich structure of composite materials was modified with the lock-type sewing to improve both the strength and damping of composite materials. The outer layer is resin matrix composite with damping layer inside.By designing damping layer of 3D-sewed sandwich structural,different damping layers are chose to get a kind of composite material with good mechanical properties and good damping properties.By testing different kinds of properties,we obtain the best design is the resin matrix surface layer with SBR damping layer inside. The damping ratio of it is 2.72, bending strength is 37.84 MPa, bending modulus is 0.92 GPa, impact toughness is 152.2 kJ/m2.
