摘要
研究分析了T300B碳纤维、T700SC碳纤维和NCF碳纤维的表面物理和化学特性,并对其增强的BMI-01双马树脂基复合材料的界面性能进行了比较和分析。结果表明,T300B纤维表面有明显的沟槽,T700SC纤维表面平滑,NCF碳纤维表面的沟槽深度处于二者之间,3种碳纤维表面上浆剂的种类和结构不同。T300B碳纤维和NCF碳纤维增强的BMI-01树脂基复合材料的室温和高温界面强度的绝对值相近,均大于相应的BMI-01/T700SC复合材料体系,但后者具有较高的高温湿态界面强度保持率。
The surface properties of T300B,T700SC and NCF carbon fibers had been characterized,and the interfacial properties of above mentioned carbon fibers reinforced BMI-01 bismaleimide composites were discussed.Results indicated that the surface morphologies,structures and contents of sizing on the three fibers were different,T300B had the roughest surface while the T700SC had the smoothest surface.T300B and NCF reinforced BMI-01 matrix composite had similar interfacial strength which is higher than that of BMI-01/T700SC composite, while the later owns the higher remaining ratio of the interfacial strength at hot/wet conditions.
