非对称复合材料层压板固化变形模拟与验证 被引量:4

摘要 对非对称复合材料层压板的固化变形模拟进行了研究。模拟采用有限元方法,对于中温固化环氧复合材料体系,预测了不同尺寸、不同铺层顺序和不同厚度的非对称复合材料层压板的固化变形,并采用高温固化环氧复合材料体系进行了验证。研究结果表明,对于非对称中温固化环氧复合材料层压板的固化变形,采用有限元方法的模拟结果与实验结果吻合良好,模拟结果能够反映各种因素对变形的影响;同时,对于非对称高温固化环氧复合材料层压板的变形,模拟结果与实测值也相当吻合,进一步验证了模拟方法的可行性。 This paper deals with the simulation of the curing distortion of unsymmetrical composite laminates.The finite element analysis method was used to predict the curing deformations of unsymmetrical 3234/T300 composite laminates with various sizes,ply sequence and thickness.And the unsymmetrical 5224/T300 composite laminates was chose to demonstrate this simulation method.The results indicate that the simulation results of unsymmetrical 3234/T300 composite laminates are in good agreement with the experiments, and the predictions can reflect the effect of parameters on the deformation. The validity of the simulation method was testified by the results of the unsymmetrical 5224/T300 composite laminates.
