摘要
综述了暂态能量函数方法在电力系统动态安全评定方面在国内外的新近进展,也包括著者所在研究组的工作,主要内容涉及暂态能量函数中的位能修正、位能边界曲面(PEBS)判据在网络结构保持模型下的拓广、稳定域边界上的主导不稳定平衡点(BCU)的有效解法,以及在网络结构保持模型下用灵敏度方法预测稳定极限的方法。并提出一种综合直接法,它是以故障点是否发生在机端为标记,综合运用PEBS法与BCU法分别求取临界能量以及用灵敏度技术分析稳定裕度变化和结合连续潮流技术求取稳定极限。
This paper summarizes the recent progress of the transient energy function method for dynamic security assessmentof power systems. It also includes the work of the research group directed by the author. The main content covers potentialenergy correction, an extension of PEBS criterion with network structure preserving model, the effective solution method of the controling UEP located at the boundary of the stability region, and the stability limits prediction by second ordersensitivity based BCU method. At last, it presents a comprehensive direct approach using PEBS/BCU method to obtain thecritical energy for the particular disturbance, the sensitivity techniques for the variation of energy margin and together withCPFLOW techniques for stability limits prediction.The issues to be studied further are also pointed out.
