摘要
苯酐装置气体冷却器堵塞问题是个常见病,如何从这个表象入手,追溯事故原因,发现征兆,在不停车的情况下,避免设备堵塞事故是本文研究的课题。本文前提是苯酐催化剂活性没有充分发挥的缺陷下,进一步验证了除氧水系统温度低是造成设备事故的主要原因,探讨装置稳定运行应注意的事项和操作技巧。
