摘要
建立了一种通过衍生化测定4-乙基-2,3-双氧哌嗪酰氯(简称EOCP)含量的气相色谱方法。使用Chromosorb W-Bw+5% KOH+20% ApiezonL填充柱(1.8m×4mm);氢焰检测器(FID);载气(N2)流速为15mL/min,柱温为90℃,气化温度为220℃。EOCP在60~300mg﹒mL-1呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),回收率在98.62%~100.05%之间,RSD≤0.32%。本方法准确、可靠,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于EOCP的质量检测。
Developed an GC method for quantitative determination of 4-ethyl-2,3-dioxo -piperazinyl carbonyl chloride by derivatization. GC was performed on a Chromosorb W-Bw+5%KOH+20%Apiezon L column (1.8m×4mm) with FID detector at flow rate of N2 of 15mL/min. EOCP had good linearity in the range of 60-300mg·mL^-1 (r=0.9998). The recoveries of sample were all over 98.62%, RSD were all below 0.32%. The method is simple and accurate. It provides method of quality assessment of EOCP.
