摘要
大青固安全稳定控制系统是大坝电厂二期工程的配套项目,目的是为了解决大坝电厂与系统间的稳定运行问题以及大坝电厂和青铜峡变220kV与330kV出线故障可能影响电网稳定运行的问题。这一工程涉及几个厂站,属区域稳定控制系统。该系统的投入运行在很大程度上提高了系统稳定运行水平,增加了宁夏网与西北主网的功率交换能力,对减少宁夏网窝电和缓解西北主网的缺电形势具有重要的意义。
Daqinggu security and stability control system, the supporting project of 2nd-stage of Daba power plant, is adopted to solve the stable operationproblem between Daba power plant and the power system, to improve the stability when fault occurs at the 220 kV lines or 330 kV lines near Daba power plant.The system including several power plants and substations, is a regional stability control system. With the operation of this system,the power system stability level is greatly raised.The power exchange capability between Ningxia power grid and northwest power grid is strengthened too.
