昭通市昭阳区小白坡藻类多样性与水质评价

On the Algae Diversity and the Water Quality of Xiaobaipo in Zhaoyang District,Zhaotong City

通过昭通市昭阳区小白坡水体藻类植物水样的采集、观察及分类学鉴定,确定了蓝藻门2属2种,裸藻门2属4种,甲藻门1属2种,硅藻门11属26种,绿藻门15属26种.根据藻类植物与生境的关系,采用绿藻商和藻类污染指数两种生物学评价方法,对小白坡周围水体的水质进行评价,可评价其水质为极富营养型.

Through the collection, the observation and the taxonomic assessment of the water samples from Xiaobaipo, Zhaoyang District,Zhaotong City,it can be confirmed that the algae dwelling there include 2 genera and 2 species of Blue-Green Algae,2 genera and 4 species of Euglena,l genera and 2 species of Proroeentrum, 11 genera and 26 species of Diatom and 15 genera and 26 species of Grass-Green Algae. In addtion, based on the appraisal of the water quality in XiaoBaiPo through such biological assessment methods as testing green algae＇s quofieut and measuring the algae＇s pollution index according to the relationship between the algae and the ecology, it can also be proved that the water tested contains rich nutritions.
