摘要
用Y-Z型多功能摇瓶,考察了固定化酵母转化腺苷生产三磷腺苷(ATP)过程中CO2释放率(CER)与葡萄糖、腺苷、腺苷二磷酸、磷酸腺苷在反应液中的积累情况。结果表明,CER在整个反应过程中可分为缓慢上升、快速上升和下降3阶段。根据CER的变化可很快估算出葡萄糖的消耗状况,分析判断出反应进程。
The relationship between CO2 evolution rate(CER) and other parameters such as the consumption of glucose and Ado, the accumulation of ATP, ADP and AMP in the ATP production process catalyzed by immobilized Saccharamyces Cerevisiae in a YZ type multifunction shaking flask were discussed systematically. The result showed that the CER curve of whole process could be divided into three stages of slow increasing, rapid increasing and decreasing. The ATP production and glucose consumption might be estimated, so that the process of the reaction could be online controlled according to CER.
