摘要 建立良好的创伤性脑损伤动物模型对其机制研究和治疗研究具有十分重要的意义。本文对几种主要的创伤性脑损伤动物模型的进展、制备方法、应用范围、各模型的特点和不足之处进行分析总结,并提出复制理想动物模型的几点标准。 Good animal models of traumatic brain injury have a great significance in the pathogenesis research and treatment study.This paper reveiwed development in animal models of traumatic brain injury,including preparation methods,application range,characteristics and shortcomings of each model.
