摘要
目的探讨卒中单元治疗对脑梗死患者认知功能障碍变化的影响。方法选取有认知功能障碍的96例患者,分别采用卒中单元治疗(治疗组,52例)和常规治疗(对照组,44例)。两组患者在治疗前和治疗后2个月分别进行认知功能测验。结果与对照组比较,治疗组的简易智力检查量表(MMSE)、数字广度和100→1的分数具有显著性差异。结论采用卒中单元治疗脑梗死,能更有效改善患者的认知功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of stroke unit therapy on cognitive impairment in the cerebral infarction patients.Methods 96 patients with cognitive impairment were divided into two groups：the stroke unit treatment（treatment groups,52 cases） and routine treatment（control group,44 cases）.Cognitive function examinations were performed in two groups before and 2 months after treatment.Results Comparing with control group,the score of Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）,span of digit and 100 to 1 counting were significantly different in treatment group.Conclusion Stroke unit is effective to improve cognitive function of cerebral infarction patients.
