摘要
主要分析了某电站水轮发电机气复位风闸制动系统在开停机过程中出现的故障及原因,介绍了利用计算机监控LCU控制流程对风闸制动系统控制逻辑进行优化改进的方法,以及改进后的运行情况。
Mainly analyzes the air reset pneumatic brake system faults appeared in the processes of the unit start/shutdown and seeks for the causes to explore a method of optimizing the control logic of the pneumatic brake system using computer supervision system LCU.After improvement,the operation shows that the successful rate of automatic start/stop of the unit has risen notably.
