银脉康片二组分的HPLC测定

DETERMINATION OF TWO COMPONENTS OFYINMAIKANG TABLETS BY HPLC

以甲醇－乙腈－０．９％醋酸钠缓冲液（１０２１６９）为流动相，在ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣＮ柱上，采用ＨＰＬＣ法同时测定银脉康片中氢氯噻嗪及氨苯蝶啶的含量，平均回收率分别为９９．９％和９９．４％，ＲＳＤ分别为０．３４％和０．５２％。方法简便。

HPLC determination was described for hydrochlorothiazide and triamterene in YinMaiKang tablets, using Spherisorb CN column and UV detector, with methanolacetonitrile0.9% sodium acetate buffer solution (10∶21∶69) as the mobile phase. The average recoveries were: hydrochlorothiazide 99.9%(RSD 0.34%)triamterene 99.4%(RSD 0.52%).
