A rapid spectrophotometric method of flow injection analysis (FIA) has been developed for the determination of potassium iodide sugary pills. It is based on the catalytic effect of I- in the reaction of Ce4+As3+. The I- concentration range of determination is 0￣5.0 μg/ml.
