镇咳宁糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的HPLC测定

HPLC DETERMINATION OF EPHEDRINE HYDROCHLORIDEIN ZHENGKENING SYRUP

以Ｎｏｖａ－ＰａｋＣ１８柱，甲醇－０．０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸氢二钾溶液（４９６）为流动相，采用反相ＨＰＬＣ法测定镇咳宁糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。平均回收率９８．２％，ＲＳＤ为１．３％。

A HPLC determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in ZhengKeNing syrup was described.A reversephase C18 column was used and the mobile phase was methanol0.01 mol/L dipotassium hydrogen phosphate(4∶96)(adjusted pH to 2.5 with H3PO4).The linear range was 4～16 μg(r=0.9992).The average recovery and RSD were 98.2% and 1.3%,respectively.
